Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Company IT infrastructure and network design
• Responsible for setup, troubleshooting and monitoring of company network/server infrastructure.
• Provide helpdesk service to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers and printer issues
• Set up, install, register and deploy all hardware and equipment (Printer, Scanner, Notebook, PC, Projector, mobile devices, ect.) according to deployment schedule
• Liaise with service providers and external vendors on IT related matters

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.
• Well versed in desktop support and network connectivity, printer mapping and anti-virus
• Proficiency in SQL database, Microsoft Desktop, Server operation systems, , WIFI, Firewall, LAN, WAN, Cisco routers, IPS, swiches, ect.
• Independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
