Warehouse Manager

Job Description

  • Managing inbound/outbound day to day shipment.
  • Ensure on time delivery and accurate shipments. Work closely with customer / outlet store manager process inbound, outbound, return materials and stock replenishment activities.
  • Plan and liaise daily collection/delivery order and routing for delivery drivers to fulfil project, procurement and production requirement.
  • Manage pick & pack operation, materials returns, goods received and proper storage compliance to workplace safety & health regulation.
  • Lead and coach a team of logistics personnel
  • Adopt a continues improvement mindset and work with other others to identify opportunity to improve delivery service efficiency.
  • Responsible for the security and operation of the warehouse involving both incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Space planning of warehouse storage space to cater for different needs and requirement of the business.,

Requirements:

  • Able to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and Self Motivated
  • Minimum Diploma in related field
