Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure shipments are accomplished on schedule.
  • Visits and services customers.
  • Build and improve good working relationships with the internal and external customers.
  • Generate sales quotations & Follow up.
  • Responsible for pricing proposals for air/Ocean, ocean and ground as well as Local/Global Tenders
  • Resolve customer’s issues and follow-up closely case by case.
  • Preparation of sales reports (forecasts, budgets, variance analyses) and PowerPoint presentation for management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in related field
  • Must be good in Excel Pivot table/Vlook up
  • Independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
