Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure shipments are accomplished on schedule.
- Visits and services customers.
- Build and improve good working relationships with the internal and external customers.
- Generate sales quotations & Follow up.
- Responsible for pricing proposals for air/Ocean, ocean and ground as well as Local/Global Tenders
- Resolve customer’s issues and follow-up closely case by case.
- Preparation of sales reports (forecasts, budgets, variance analyses) and PowerPoint presentation for management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related field
- Must be good in Excel Pivot table/Vlook up
- Independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
